Wild Heron

Wild Heron is located in the Northwest Florida Panhandle on the west end of Panama City Beach, near Scenic 30-A.  Wild Heron has many venues to create the perfectly wedding location. Nestled in amongst beautiful 40 foot century old oak and pine trees it overlooks Lake Powell. Lake Powell is a rare natural fresh water Sand Dune lake with views of the beach across the lake and the Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If it is raining, cold or sun shine, Wild Heron has a place for you. You can have your function on a green overlooking Lake Powell, in a gazebo or poolside. For the bride that wants a wedding that is more than the typical beach wedding, these venues can’t be matched.

Prospect Point has several selections of beautiful venues for the perfect outdoor wedding and reception.

The Gazebo at Prospect Point includes a large green which will host your wedding from 25 to 100 guests.

Prospect Point Pool is an oversized pool with a large flowing fountain, hot tub and an abundance of decking for parties of up to 100 people.  This includes the covered pavilion by the pool.

The Boathouse covered Pavilion sits on Lake Powell with a distant view of the Gulf Coast.  The Pavilion has a large fireplace and is open on 3 sides.  This venue is perfect for the 50 plus party.  There are wooden walkways that follow the shoreline for a quiet stroll along Lake Powell and the Prospect Point amenities.

Prospect Point Green is located near all the other venues but has space for a large 60+ ft tent, plus an area for a band.
